By accessing or using PinotPulse Enterprise, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If using the platform on behalf of a credit union, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
PinotPulse Enterprise is offered on monthly or annual subscriptions. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
PinotPulse provides tools to assist your compliance team in preparing and validating regulatory filings. The platform does not provide legal or regulatory advice. Final responsibility for the accuracy of regulatory submissions rests with your institution and your compliance officers. Edit checks and validation rules are based on publicly available agency guidance and are updated on a best-efforts basis.
Your GL data, regulatory filings, and member transaction data are never shared with third parties, never used to train machine learning models for other customers, and never accessed by PinotPulse personnel except as required to provide technical support you have requested.
PinotPulse Enterprise’s total liability for any claims shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in McKinney, TX.
